Born in 1969, he comes from Heilongjiang Province and works as a senior political engineer with a master degree of engineering. Prior to his current role, he was the trainee and assistant economist of the management information system center of ANSTEEL's planning and operation department, the researcher in the manager office, the researcher at the deputy section level and the secretary of the youth league committee of Anshan Iron and Steel Machinery Manufacturing Corporation; he was the deputy secretary of the youth league committee and secretary of the youth league committee of ANSTEEL, the deputy secretary of Youth League Committee of Anshan, vice-chairman of the  Youth Federation of Anshan, vice-chairman of the youth committee of the Chinese Society for Metals, the planning group leader of the party committee, discipline inspection commission, and labor union of the Third Steelmaking and Continuous Rolling Factory of Angang New Steel Company Limited, the planning group leader of the party committee, discipline inspection commission of Angang Steel Company Limited, the head of the party committee planning group of the Medium-thick Steel Plate Factory of Angang Steel Company Limited, deputy director and director of ANSTEEL office, the director of the general office (office of the party committee and the office of the board of directors) and secretary of the party committee of ANSTEEL, the deputy secretary of the discipline inspection commission and head of the supervision department of ANSTEEL, the chairman of the supervisory board of Ansteel Engineering Technology Corporation Limited, the chairman of the supervisory board of Angang Group Hong Kong Company Limited (Ansteel International Trade Company Limited), the chairman of the supervisory board of Pangang Group Company Limited, the member of the standing committee of the party committee, the secretary of the discipline inspection commission and the chairman of the supervisory board of Anshan Iron and Steel Company Limited,  the member of the standing committee of the party committee, secretary of the discipline inspection commission and chairman of the supervisory board of Angang Steel Company Limited. He is now the member of the party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission of China Hualu Group Co., Ltd He was elected the alternate member of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, member of the 14th and 15th Central Committee of the Youth League, and the member of the 9th Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He was awarded the May 4th Honor Medal of Liaoning Province in 2007 and other titles.
