Born in 1979, he comes from Hebei Province and works as a senior accountant with a bachelor degree. Prior to his current role, he was the assistant accountant, deputy director and director of the finance department of Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the director of the finance department and director of the corporate management department of BGRIMM Technology Group, and the director of the corporate management department of BGRIMM Technology Group. He is now the chief accountant of China Hualu Group Co., Ltd.
