Born in June 1967, he comes from Qijiang, Chongqing, and works as a senior engineer (researcher level). Graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, he majors in electronics and information as an on-job postgraduate of PhD. He has won the second prize of State Scientific and Technological Progress Award, the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of Ministry of Electronics Industry, the third prize of Science and Technology for National Defense Award of the Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the third prize of Manned Spaceflight Project, Advanced Individual Award of Shenzhou VI Manned Spaceflight Mission, the first prize of Innovation Achievement of Enterprise Management of Science, Technology, and Industries for National Defense, the nomination prize of Chongqing's Development Contribution Award, the Leading Entrepreneurial Talent Award of Chongqing, and Talent Award of ‘Talent Program’ of Chongqing. Prior to his current role, he was the deputy director of the planning division, director of the research and production division, deputy director and director of the 26th institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), the general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of CETC Chongqing Acoustic-Optic-Electronic Co., Ltd, the director of CETC's 24th, 26th and 44th institutes, the chairman of the board and secretary of the party committee of CETC Chongqing Acoustic-Optic-Electronic Co., Ltd, the director of CETC's 24th, 26th and 44th institutes, the chairman of the board and secretary of the party committee of CETC Chongqing Acoustic-Optic-Electronic Co., Ltd, and the secretary of the party committee of CETC's 24th, 26th and 44th institutes. He is now the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of China Hualu Group Co., Ltd.
