SMT assembly is equipped with 13 production lines and more than 200 sets of equipment, including 3 lines of high-precision and high-efficiency NPM-type surface mount machines and 8 lines of CM-type surface mount machines. It is also equipped with an intelligent shelf management system and Lean-MES system control. The production capacity reaches more than 250 million points per month with the quality level of 0.1PPM. The mounting of 0603 / 0402 sizes and 1005 dispensing are available. Meanwhile, high production quality is achieved through high-precision and high-efficiency inspection machines (3D-SPI, 3D-AOI, 3D-XRAY). We can provide customers with all-round technical support from product development suggestions, design project verification, test data collection and analysis, comprehensively promoting the industry's DFM (design for manufacturing).

Our large-scale automatic sheet metal equipment (including stamping and laser laminating machine, digital bending machine, riveter, resistance welding machine, etc) covers stamping/cutting/laminating, bending, riveting, welding and molding functions. With the most advanced double-tower tiered warehouse and the stamping and laser laminating machine of TK automatic sorting system in Asia, our daily unmanned activation time is more than 8-16 hours. In addition, the factory visualization system provides real-time display of the processing status and analysis of equipment efficiency, improving productivity and supporting the small-scale production of multiple product types.

With stamping equipment ranging from 30 tonnes to 630 tonnes, we can produce more than 300 types of sheet metal products with an annual production capacity of 330 million points. Automatic production lines, in-mold tapping process, walk-core machine production lines and other automated equipment are widely used. In addition to company's products demand, we are also developing the outsourcing services of automotive components, battery and other components.

Our molding workshop has 77 sets of molding machines ranging from 15 tonnes to 450 tonnes, 850 sets of ancillary equipment, 12 sets of printing and gilding presses, 35 sets of advanced high-precision measuring instruments, and a clean workshop covering 6,000 square meters. The main injection molding products are CD-R related products, optical disc library related products, and camera related products. We are actively expanding our product portfolio of over 1,000 types of products related to foreign TVs, optics, and automobile. The annual production capacity is 160 million points. Moreover, the molding site is promoting the transformation of IOT technology, and the application of servo robots, automatic packing machine, image inspection, laser cutting secondary processing and mirror rapid heat molding technology. The site is moving towards automatic, intelligent, and unmanned production.

We can design more than 450 molds annually. We can design and produce precision and complex molds for optical lenses, micron-level lens tubes, high-speed cold-punching, and automotive products. We are one of the few production bases in the industry that cover manufacturing from large-scale mold design, processing, to source manufacturing.
