We have a systematic, structured and well-developed R&D system that supports product R&D → equipment R&D → key component manufacturing R&D → R&D quality certification. We specialize in the development of key component mechanism, electrical processing, external assembly, software, optics, cooling, mold, equipment, etc. We have a comprehensive development system with more than 160 talents for product development, more than 50 for equipment development, and more than 20 for mold development. There are 36 senior engineers and 107 engineers.

We have invested tens of millions of RMB to build an EMC laboratory, with a shielding room and a 3-meter anechoic chamber that meet the international EMC test standards. There is also a comprehensive environmental laboratory.

We have established a complete technology industry chain of advanced digital optical discs, ranging from source components to laser heads, optical disc drives, movements and complete machines. We have the world's most complete R&D and manufacturing chain of optical storage including storage media → storage key components → storage finished products, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 PB of Blu-ray storage products. In addition, we have the one and only 300GB Blu-ray optical disc production line in China, with an annual production capacity of 2 million discs as well as leading technological indicators and quality in the world. In 2022, we started the construction of the one and only 500GB Blu-ray disc production line in China.

We have the world's largest production project for Blu-ray disc laser heads, and the world's largest Blu-ray CD-R production project. By accelerating the activities of the A-Next unit, the production of Blu-ray disc library becomes more efficient, and the employees have enhanced their skills and expanded their capacity.

As a production base for complete machines and key components for digital video, audio and information products, we are one of the industry's rare versatile manufacturer with basic production capabilities for mold design & manufacturing, molding, stamping, sheet metal and assembly, as well as the production capability for key components, movements and complete machines. 

In order to achieve the goal of Made in China 2025, we actively promote intelligent transformation by integrating automation and information technology firmly. We have built the warehouse WMS system, implemented the optical disc library MES system, MES system of SMT and the source equipment IOT system. The above systems have improved product quality, production efficiency and asset operation capacity, and have empowered enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.
