At the beginning of the event, Xiao Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of e-Hualu, and Lu Hao, Senior Vice President of Taiji Computer Corporation, respectively pointed out that the elementization of medical data has become a key engine for the national strategy to promote industry upgrades. China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) strengthens the synergy of its member units in the medical data industry ecosystem by integrating internal and external resources of the group. e-Hualu, relying on the core technological advantage of Blu-ray storage, builds a full lifecycle data service capability, focusing on creating a closed-loop service for the assetization of medical data; Taiji Computer Corporation focuses on constructing a trusted medical data space, developing industry large models, and implementing the information innovation system, deepening the construction of smart hospitals. The two parties will form exemplary applications in the field of medical data through technical complementarity and scenario co-expansion, collaboratively promoting the value transformation of medical data elements and industrial innovation and upgrading.

During the theme sharing session, e-Hualu systematically explained the value realization solution for the entire process of medical data elements. This solution is built based on the "six major capability systems": building a highly secure and low-cost data storage base using independently controllable Blu-ray storage technology; achieving standardized and compliant processing of medical data through a data governance system to form a high-quality data resource pool; leveraging top-level design consulting and operation platform construction to streamline the entire data development chain and promote precise matching of supply and demand; collaborating with professional institutions to create a closed loop of data asset evaluation, listing, and financial empowerment services to make asset value explicit; innovatively launching special products such as trusted medical data spaces to accelerate secure data circulation and high-quality data set development; and supporting the ecosystem with services such as competitions to promote application and talent cultivation, forming a dual-wheel development model of "top-level planning + scenario-driven." The six systems are interlinked, comprehensively covering the entire cycle of data "collection, storage, governance, application, and ease," constructing a value transformation pathway from resource accumulation to asset appreciation, and providing systematic support for the digital upgrade of the healthcare industry.

During the discussion, experts from the medical industry highly praised the technical strength and product capabilities of e-Hualu and Taiji Co., Ltd. in the field of smart healthcare. Experts fully affirmed the practicality and innovation of the solution, believing that this technical system can effectively support the scientific research innovation of the three medical linkages, the digital construction of the medical community, and the improvement of the management efficiency of medical institutions, which has the value of industry demonstration and promotion. Representatives from multiple institutions expressed their expectation to jointly carry out medical data-related research projects through deep cooperation between industry, academia, and research to promote the integration and application of cutting-edge technology and medical scenarios, and help the integration of medical data resources, improve the efficiency of scientific research transformation, and comprehensively upgrade refined management.

Zhang Tizhong, Assistant General Manager of Hualu Group, emphasized in his summary that CETC has always regarded the innovative application of data elements as a strategic focus. In the future, it will rely on the advantages of industrial synergy and special resource investment to accelerate the integration and application of core technologies such as blue-ray storage, artificial intelligence, and trusted data space in the medical field. He proposed to deepen exchanges and connections with medical institutions at all levels, build a normalized cooperation mechanism; focus on subdivided scenarios to carry out pilot demonstrations, and create benchmark solutions; jointly build an industry-university-research innovation platform to carry out research on medical data applications, intelligent auxiliary decision-making, and other directions, so as to inject new momentum into the release of data element value and high-quality development of the medical industry.

Liang Minyan, Deputy General Manager of e-Hualu, presided over the meeting. Zhou Fuquan, Deputy General Manager of e-Hualu, and Chen Xiaopeng, Assistant President of Taiji Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. The heads and relevant personnel from the Industrial Development Department of Hualu Group, the Data Assetization Division, Storage Division, and Marketing Management Department of e-Hualu, and the Smart Healthcare Division of Taiji Co., Ltd. participated in the meeting.
